Appointments: A cancelled appointment requires a 24 hour notice. Any appointments not cancelled within 24 hours may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
Exchange Policy: We will gladly exchange a product within two weeks of the date of purchase, if it does not meet your expectations. However, due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on skincare, cosmetics or ColorWow products.
Payment Methods: We no longer accept personal checks, unless previously approved by management.
Packages: All packages expire one year after purchase.
